Karl has extensive experience providing forensic accounting, economic damages and valuation services, and in providing testimony as an expert witness at trial, deposition, arbitration and as a court-appointed expert in support of the work he has performed.  Specifically, Karl has provided expert services in conjunction with matters relating to fraud or financial misrepresentation, disputes, purchase and buy/sell disputes, shareholder/partner disputes, minority shareholder oppression, insurance and probate disputes, as well as valuation and solvency issues. 

In addition, Karl has a background as an accounting and tax practitioner in numerous industries and areas including, corporate, partnership and individual tax, as well as estates and trusts.
