Brian has more than eight years of experience in public accounting and has provided assurance services to both public and private businesses within the manufacturing and distribution, employee staffing and private equity sectors. Brian also assists public companies with 10-K, 10-Q and other SEC filings. 

In addition, Brian has experience with a variety of employee benefit plan audits with assets ranging from $300,000 to more than $100 million.
