Brad understands the issues facing established and mature enterprises, both private and public. With more than 16 years of experience in tax and business planning, Brad’s areas of concentration include tax planning and compliance for closely held and public enterprises, accounting for income taxes, uncertainty in income taxes, strategic plans and forecasts, and state and local taxation matters.
Brad’s clients benefit from his business advice on how to maximize tax strategies to support short- and long-range business objectives. He incorporates his extensive experience and intimate knowledge of tax legislation into his clients’ business planning processes, and he works with management to navigate complex tax issues, including compliance issues, and merger and acquisition planning in partnerships and corporations.
Brad has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including energy/oil and gas, real estate and healthcare. Specifically, his energy concentrations include exploration and production (E&P), gathering, carried interest joint venture and other support services, and his real estate experience includes both commercial rental and development.
